    From frustration to innovation: how three IT consultants changed the screening industry

    The beginning

    The problem

    As IT consultants, Aziz, Francis, and Niels went through the same frustrating ritual with every new assignment: endless forms, scanning documents, waiting for manual verifications. Weeks of delays for both the client and the professional. They knew there had to be a better way.

    The eureka moment

    After yet another screening, they realized: existing solutions were either too expensive, too complex, or lacked the human touch. No solution combined full automation with an excellent user experience. They needed to fill that gap.
