    How does the integration work?

    Bidirectional data exchange between Tellent Recruitee and Otentica

    The Tellent Recruitee integration works in both directions. You start a screening from Tellent Recruitee and the results are automatically returned to the candidate profile. No switching between systems; you always have an up-to-date overview of your candidates' screening status.

    Follow these steps to activate the Tellent Recruitee integration yourself

    Receive your API token

    Contact Otentica via the contact form or your account manager. You will receive your personal API token within 24 hours.

    Open Tellent Recruitee settings

    In Tellent Recruitee, go to Settings > Apps and plugins > Integrations. Find Otentica in the list of available integrations.

    Click 'Integrate now'

    Click the 'Integrate now' button next to Otentica. Read and accept the terms for sharing candidate data.

    Enter your API token

    Paste the API token you received from Otentica into the input field and click 'Integrate' to complete the connection.

    Manage permissions and roles

    Under 'Manage' you can configure which team members and roles have access to the Otentica integration within Tellent Recruitee.
